Shipping policy

We currently only ship in India. We understand how essential it is to receive your order on time, so we have some of the best courier partners on our panel to deliver your product to you.

Standard Delivery:
We only have a standard delivery option in which the product will be dispatched within 24–72 hours of the order. Once your order has been dispatched, depending on the location, the product will be delivered within the below-mentioned timelines.

Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping on orders above INR 999/-. For orders below INR 999, an INR 50/- shipping fee is applicable.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet our processing and delivery timelines, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, riots, or political disruptions may impact the shipping timeline. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such unforeseen circumstances.

Communication of Delays:
In the event of significant delays, we will make every effort to promptly communicate the situation to you. Updates will be provided via email or WhatsApp on the contact information provided during order placement.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Cash on Delivery Orders:
For all COD orders (non-prepaid orders), there will be a cash handling charge of INR 75/-, which is levied by the delivery partner. You can avoid the additional cost by opting for prepaid orders.
