Ashmi Shah
Hi, I’m Ashmi — a CA by degree, a storyteller by heart, and now, a co-founder at PEACH. I started my career as a management consultant and travelled the world one project at a time.
While I loved the pace and the growth, I kept feeling drawn to something more creative and purpose-driven. I found that spark when I co-authored a children’s musical book and volunteered at NGOs for children. So, I decided to stop waiting for “someday” and start building something of my own. That something is PEACH —a dream that brings together everything I love- Story telling, innovation and strategy.
Outside of work, you’ll find me reading, watching horror movies, or chasing my next adrenaline rush through adventure sports. -
Janvi Kapadia
Hi, I’m Janvi — an MBA and a CA by degree, a brand builder by chance, and now, co-founder at PEACH. I started my career in finance, working at EY and KKR, before diving into the world of skincare with Quench Botanics. During my time at Harvard Business School, I became a mom — and found myself wanting to create something of my own.
PEACH brings together everything I love: brand building, creativity, finance and operations.
Outside of work, you’ll mostly find me with my child and family. And beyond all that, if there’s ever a little time left, I’m probably cooking, planning my next trip, or binge-watching rom-coms (ideally with dessert in hand).
