Please note, all sales of our books are final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges for our books.

Garments

You can return or exchange products within 7 days from the date of delivery subject to the terms and conditions below. Please ensure that the return / exchange request is initiated within this timeframe.

Please note that products purchased during a sale or any offer period are not eligible for returns and can only be exchanged for size.

Exchanges (if applicable)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels intact.
Please note, you can only exchange a purchased product with another product of the same value or a higher value.
There will be no refund of the differential amount should you chose to exchange a purchased product with another product of a lower value.

Exchange for an item of the same value

No extra charges. We'll pick up the original garment and deliver the new one to you.

Exchange for an item of higher value

We will send you a link for the difference in price and once the additional amount is paid, we will dispatch the new product.
Please note, no COD option is available for such differential amount

Exchange for an item of lower value

This option is currently unavailable. You may exchange the product for another product of higher value or the same value only.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels intact.
A standard reverse shipping charge of INR 75 will apply on all returns and will be borne by the customer.
Please email us at info@mypeachco.com with the order number, product name and reason for return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned garment is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it shall be processed and credited to the source of payment / bank account (for COD only) within 7-10 working days after deducting the above mentioned reverse shipping charges of INR 75/-.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
